Singapore Airlines Spontaneous Escapes June 2019: Germany in Business Class for 64,400 miles!

Singapore Airlines made their award sales “Spontaneous Escapes” a permanent feature of the program earlier this year and they continue offering great deals for last-minute award trips. In July 2019, you can fly from Singapore to Frankfurt or Duesseldorf, Germany, for only 64,400 miles one-way in their fantastic SQ Business Class or for only 26,600 in their also very good Economy  Cabin! Find out other routes on sale this month below!

Singapore Airline and their short-haul subsidiary Silk Air have a number of routes within South East Asia as part of this promotion. Interesting destinations on sale are Yangon, the capital of Myanmar for 8,750 miles in Economy and 15,050 in Business Class (all prices one-way). It’s the jump-off point to the great temples of Bagan!

Also on sale are the (frequently very expensive) non-stop flights to Chiang Mai, the “Rose of the North” in Thailand. You can fly there for 8,750 miles in Economy.

But do make sure to check cash prices on competing airlines before booking: Often cash prices are so low, that even at the reduced award prices they represent poor value. I found that to be the case for destinations like Kuala Lumpur or Manila with multiple Low-Cost-Carriers serving those routes!

Good luck planning your own last-minute getaway with these deals. You can find the complete list here!
