Flight deals continue to come available all around the world – and not only from low-cost carriers! This week features deals from Eva Airlines, a 5-star airline, with flights from the US to Asia from as little as $480 round-trip and from the US to Europe on StarAlliance carriers from only $422 round-trip! Those are low prices by any standards and worth checking out!
Eva Airlines was recently rated a 5-star airline by SkyTrax, a distinction shared with only eight other carriers worldwide. They also are a StarAlliance member, making it attractive for elite travelers in that alliance. Eva is serving several routes from the US via their hub in Taipei to destinations all around Asia and is now running a sale. Flights from Chicago start at only $480 to Manila, the gateway to paradise, for travel from January-May 2017. They are slightly higher for destinations like Bangkok, Hong Kong or Saigon and for dates in November and December. Tickets in Premium Economy (“Elite”) start at $1,240 and there are similar deals from other US cities, like Los Angeles or Seattle available as well. You can find out the details and book them directly with Eva here!
More frequently over the last year, I have also seen deals offered by the airline alliances in coordination, often targeting the hubs of the competition. In this case, StarAlliance, with the member airlines Air Canada, United, Lufthansa and Brussels Airline (now acquired by LH) are offering deals from Seattle (the Delta Airlines hub) from $443 to Brussels, Munich and Frankfurt (all StarAlliance hubs). Flights are available from January to April 2017 and you can find more examples here or search flights on Kayak – use the flexible date finder to see the best dates for this deal!
