Luang Prabang in Laos is one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever visited. So, if you want to escape from the crazy pace of modern life, pack your bags and visit this beautiful, Unesco World Heritage town between two rivers, with lots of temples to visit and ancient customs to observe. But, please don’t rush – it would be out of character!
