Deal Dispatch – Daily Getaway 2017 Preview is now live!

Every year the U.S. Travel Association organizes the “Daily Getaway” in partnership with travel providers, offering hotel stays, car rentals, entertainment park tickets or reward points for sale at discount of up to 60%. I reported on this last year and snatched a few great deals myself. Here is a pre-view of the deals you can expect this year and what’s next!

As in previous years, the list of participants in the “Daily Getaway” is long and there will be quite a few deals available over the next five weeks. Each day, starting on April 10th, 2017, there will be a number of deals available at 1:00pm EDT. For the best of those packages, demand will be high and I expect them to sell out in minutes, just like last year. Here is the list of travel companies participating this year:

Last Year, I purchased Wyndham Rewards points with great success – I was able to use those points for stays at Wyndham hotels – find out how I saved more than 50%.
My Hilton Honors points purchase also helped me snatch great deals at the Hilton Garden Inn Bali and Doubletree Kuala Lumpur!
I also purchased Best Western points for my “Battle of the Budget Hotels” project, but didn’t have much luck using the points at good value – and I did try hard!
And I was not able to buy Marriott or Hyatt deals – because they were sold out in minutes!
As last year, I will provide a detailed review of the offers and my evaluation each Monday of the week to help you decide what deals might be worth it for you! I’ll give you my best guess how likely they will sell out, so you can be ready to strike!

If you’d like to get more deals like this or missed the time window, please follow me on Twitter – I’m posting great deals daily and many will sell out quickly, so stay ahead with my Twitter updates! Or sign up for Sunday Summary, my weekly newsletter!
