Many times when I visited a city, I wonder how it was 10 years ago and wish I’d come sooner. But Yangon‘s time is now – I loved it seven years ago and it is a city that still feels unique now, so you should go sooner than later!
The Shwedagon Pagoda and Kandawgyi Lake are the most impressive sights and it’s great to see them at night from the rooftop of the Esperado Hotel!
If you are visiting Myanmar, you will most likely pass through the business capital Yangon and it’s new international airport.
