Deal Dispatch: Seat Sales at Philippine Airlines and Virgin America

I usually post exceptional deals for specific routes around the world to help you spend less on a trip to a dream-worthy destinations. This week, I’ll bring you two general sales with good prices on lots of routes in the US and around Asia, courtesy of Virgin America and Philippine Airlines!Virgin America is celebrating it’s ninth birthday with a seat sale. Fares start at $39 and you have to book today for flights from August 23rd, 2016 to March 1st, 2017. $39 gets you from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and $49 to San Francisco. Flights to Hawaii from San Francisco start at $199, Flights to Mexico at $149 and across the US also from $149. All fares are one-way.
I love flying Virgin America and they have earned the award as “best airline” in the USA multiple times. If you live at one of their hubs, check out the sale for some good flight deals and enjoy the slick cabins and friendly service! You can see the deals and book flights here!

Philippine Airlines also has a sale across their whole network, advertising up to 60% off on their “Ultimate Seat Sale”. While I had a hard time finding the 60% off fares among their offers, there are a lot of good deals among them! You can fly to Manila from San Francisco or Los Angeles from $690 round-trip, all-in. That’s a great deal for a non-stop flight and about 25% less than their regular fares on these routes! They also have cheap flights to other Asian and Filipino destinations, so you can combine your visit to Manila with trips to the beautiful islands, like Coron or Boracay, or other Asian cities! Their business class fares are on sale as well, but at the prices they are charging, I’d prefer other carriers, considering PAL’s mediocre business class! You can see the full list of deals here!
